We have developed a flexstyle Web site for you to go to and take online some of the assessment tools that appear in this book. You’ll also find additional scales, tools, and resources. The Web site lets you know how your scores align with the individuals in the dataset and provides links to resources for change and blogs for dialoging with others. We are developing an ongoing database of participants to continue to monitor trends in scale development and healthy relationships between work and personal life.
