Known bad workloads

Following are the known bad workloads:

RBD with a replicated cache and erasure-coded base: A workload that is properly skewed will still send writes to cold objects time and time again. Since small writes are still not supported by a cache tier, the entire 4 MB object must be promoted into the cache tier in order to satisfy smaller writes. A very small number of users have deployed this configuration and it is only successful because their use case is backup data that remains cold and is not sensitive to performance.
