CHRIS ARGYRIS, ONE OF the founders in the field of Organization Development (the study of how organizations change and adapt) wondered why, when we communicate with each other, we often don’t tell the truth. He was curious about why we often say and do things that aren’t the best way to react in a situation. He noticed that our “SAY” beliefs often were different from our “DO” beliefs!
