TIMES ARE CHANGING. We now realize that emotions are a big part of being human. Furthermore, we NEED to bring our emotions to work. They are the energizers of creativity, commitment, risk-taking, innovation, and great leadership. Rather than apologize for and hide emotions, we’ve got to learn how to unleash their energies while keeping them from abusing others.
Anxieties, excitement, fear, passions, resistance, defiance, conflict, commitment—all are emotions—”sources of motion!”
