This book has only scratched the surface of positive psychology but I hope it has given you insight into what contributes most to your happiness and well-being.

For me there are three key subjects to keep in mind with everything in this book. The first is choice; we began with choice, so it is fitting that we should end there. The second is complexity and the final subject is creativity.


We can choose, we can choose how we think, feel and act. And how we choose affects all our experiences.
