Let me start with some simple facts:

  • $4,574 billion, by the end of the year 2022.

  • Over 65% of users are accessing the Internet via a mobile device, compared to just 15% from a desktop.

  • The top three ranking web sites (Apple.com, JD.com, and Amazon.com) accounted for over $113 billion sales in 2018…yet the average online conversion rate for desktop users is around 3%, with mobiles weighing in at just over half this value at 1.6%.
