equipment, and a free supply of disinfectant to improve both
the quality and hygiene of their milk. To further address hy-
giene concerns, Beijing Farm Bureau employed a fleet of
trucks for daily raw-milk collection and delivery to a third-
party facility, where the milk would be processed for use in
chocolate making. Construction of the factory began in 1994
and equipment installation was completed in 1995.
