Overview
Pro Tools is the leading digital audio workstation used in professional recording studios around the world. It lets you record, edit, and mix both audio and MIDI, and lets you use a wide range of plug-ins and virtual instruments.
Pro Tools is sold as a system that includes both software and hardware – so you get both the Pro Tools software and Pro Tools hardware in the box that you buy – and the software will not work without the hardware.
