Beginning with primitives

Referring back to our vase analogy, we will spend this chapter and the next focusing on two different methods. This chapter will take a look at the by-hand sculpting method, and we'll dive into the lathe method in Chapter 3, Modeling Part 1: Splines, NURBS, Deformers, Boole.
