Chapter 13. Using Real-Time Monitoring Tool
The Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT) is a management application bundled with Cisco CallManager. It's installed from the Install Plugins page in CallManager Administration (Application > Install Plugins). RTMT is a cluster-specific application that provides real-time information only; it does not provide historical information. To manage multiple clusters, you can use Cisco's IP Telephony Environment Monitor (ITEM), an application that can be purchased separately from Cisco and that provides more extensive management and monitoring.
