tag-switching tag-range downstream
To configure the size of the tag space for downstream unicast tag allocation, use the tag-switching tag-range downstream global configuration command. Use the no form of this command to revert to the platform defaults.

| Syntax | Description |
|---|---|
| min | The smallest tag allowed in the tag space. The default is 10. |
| max | The largest tag allowed in the tag space. The default is 10,000. |
| reserved | The number of tags reserved for diagnostic purposes. These tags come out of the low end of the tag space. The default is 16. |
