Unity with Exchange 2000 Unified Messaging or Voice Messaging-Only with Client

For Exchange 2000, unified messaging or voice messaging with client web access are
almost identical with the exception of ViewMail for Outlook (VMO) not being used in a
voice messaging-only configuration. The following requirements should also be adhered to
as well:

where default Unity objects are created.
