If you use new features that are available only in Unity, you also need to address for
training.
You might want to take an entire-system approach to training, taking your subscribers
through every piece of the TUI conversation and every web page that the subscriber might
access. This is fine and is recommended if your subscribers want this type of training. But
if you have one or more focus groups, you should get enough input to tell you whether your
subscribers need to be trained for Unity. Address training by involving your end users;
otherwise, they might not be happy subscribers of the system.
