All adds, updates, and deletes are written to the directory as they occur. For example, there
is no delay from the time you update a subscriber’s extension in the System Administration
page (SA) to the time it is pushed to the corresponding object property in the directory. It
happens immediately.
The process used to cache networking data to SQL starts with the initial build of the cache
itself. This is handled at installation by a process called the Syncher. When the Syncher runs
for the first time it caches all of the existing Unity networking data in the directory to the
