Serial packet. The PBX may send a serial packet that signifies a disconnect event.
Included in this serial packet would be the port or channel number corresponding to
the disconnect event. Unity’s serial integration parsing configuration would contain a
packet definition to match the serial disconnect packet.
DTMF packet. A digit sequence representing a disconnect event may be sent from
the PBX to Unity. Unity’s analog integration parsing configuration would contain a
packet definition to match the DTMF disconnect packet.
