Callers Can Mark Messages as Urgent. Set this drop-down to true to allow outside

After Message Action. After the user leaves a message, normally you would want to
send them to the “say goodbye” call handler. If, however, you want to do something
different you can configure it here.
Take Action. Select this radio button and choose one of the following
actions from the drop-down list:
Hang Up. Unity will hang up on the caller immediately after they finish
recording their message. This is a little abrupt. Typically you would want to
send someone to the “say goodbye” call handler ...
