list of all six values we need in this situation (the same ones we used in the CASE statement
in the previous section):
1 = Subscribers
2 = Public Distribution Lists
3 = Call Handlers
5 = Interview Handlers
6 = Directory Handlers (name lookup handlers)
9 = Location Objects
Call handlers, interview handlers, and directory handlers are local to the Unity server they
are created on so finding them is simple. Locations can span dialing domains and, as such,
