Switch File Settings
A switch file is a text file that contains a number of settings that configure Unity to integrate
to a particular private branch exchange (PBX). Basic settings determine which type of inte-
gration is used (analog serial or Telephony Application Programming Interface [TAPI]),
whereas other settings refer to dial-tone templates. A Unity installation copies the switch files
for all supported switch integrations to the \Commserver\Intlib directory. The integration
files also reside in this directory.
