•Telephone User Interface (TUI), also referred to as the conversation
•Mail client (View Mail for Microsoft Outlook, or Lotus Domino Unified
Communication Services [DUCS])
•Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (Cisco PCA), made up of the Unity Inbox
and Unity Assistant)
