Unity Subscriber Features
Unity subscribers can use three main interfaces for messaging and personal account
administration:
Telephone User Interface (TUI), also referred to as the conversation
Mail client (View Mail for Microsoft Outlook, or Lotus Domino Unified
Communication Services [DUCS])
Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (Cisco PCA), made up of the Unity Inbox
and Unity Assistant)
We first look at the features available to Unity subscribers when they use the TUI. This
