subscribers in California can be set in the PST time zone, effectively telling Unity to shift
the schedule forward 3 hours for California subscribers to get their correct working hours.
Time zones eliminate the need to create multiple schedules just to accommodate different
time zones, greatly simplifying Unity administration, in some cases.
