As we go forward, we cannot help but look at the past. As we examine our Clients First experience, as we look for clues to verify the three keys, as we try to prove our work, we find ourselves overwhelmed with the goodwill that Clients First has created. Could we have created the same branding with less care and more flash? Could we have been less competent and satisfied our clients as well? Could we have spun the truth to meet our own needs and held the confidence of 5,000 clients? I don’t believe so.
The more JoAnn and I look at where we are and where we came from, the more we shake our heads in disbelief. We did not expect this. We weren’t used to winning. When Clients First came to us that night as we were driving north on 71st Street in the rain, we had no idea what it would bring.
