You're only as young as you feel, right? Well, for people in the their 20s, youth is as much a physical property as it is a mindset. Face it, you're still young. You still have loads of energy, your abs are still tight, your skin is still firm, your hair hasn't begun to gray . . . you get the picture.
And then a funny thing happens. Starting in your middle to late 20s and continuing into your early 30s, you begin to see and feel the effects of aging, and there is nothing you can do about it. You're going to get older, and as you do, your body is going to change.
