First Things First: A Brief Look at Strategic Planning

Although a detailed discussion of the strategic planning process is beyond the scope of this book, I’d like to spend a little time on two outputs of the process: clarity about the current strategic state of your business and its vision for the future. Both have implications for the plans you develop and how you execute those plans. Of course, there are dozens of approaches to developing a business strategy.
