Chapter 2. Process Area Components
This chapter describes the components found in each process area, as well as in the generic goals and generic practices. Understanding the meaning of these components is critical to effectively using the information in Part Two of this book. If you are unfamiliar with the contents of Part Two, you may want to skim the Generic Goals and Generic Practices section of Part Two, along with a couple of process area sections, to get a general feel for the content and layout before reading this chapter.
