Organizational Change Management

While this book is not focused on the fundamentals of organizational change management, this is an underlying premise of both the CMMI and Six Sigma. Numerous materials are available to assist an organization with change management. In fact, many CMMI practitioners take supplementary courses in it, and many Six Sigma curricula include it as a core subject.
