About the Authors
Jeannine M. Siviy is the Deputy Director for the Dynamic Systems Program of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and is a leading researcher in the application of Six Sigma to software process improvement. She recently completed a two-year assignment as Technical Advisor to the CEO of the SEI.
