Sustainment: Your Improvement Project Portfolio
Improvement projects take many shapes and forms. The main focus of this book has been to describe the joint use of the CMMI and Six Sigma, along with other models, primarily for the establishment of process infrastructure. A robust improvement project portfolio, however, contains far more than infrastructure projects.
