Chapter 3. Process Institutionalization


This chapter describes process institutionalization and presents, in detail, all the generic goals and generic practices—model components that directly address process institutionalization.

In Part Two, generic goals and generic practices appear at the end of each process area. Generic practice elaborations may appear after generic practices to show how these practices should uniquely be applied to the process area.
