Publishing a module release

So you've been working on your module for some time now, and you've gotten it to a state where it's useful. You created a project for it on the Developer's Forge, and you've been committing it to Subversion.

As it is, people can already take advantage of your module. They can click over to the "Code" tab of the project page, and get the details so that they can check it out of Subversion. Still, the vast majority of CMS users don't have the knowledge or skills to use Subversion — wouldn't it be great if your module would just automatically show up for them in the Module Manager?
