Creating an admin-side input element from your module using a ContentModule block

CMS Made Simple is designed primarily for managing what is known as "unstructured" page-oriented content — free-form content, as opposed to "structured" content, which is more strictly controlled, record-oriented data. Still, modules allow you to create, manage, and display tightly structured content, using their own custom interfaces. There's a third possibility, which is using content blocks, that is a way that modules can add structured data fields to an otherwise unstructured page.
