The Idea

What do you need to do this week? This question is enough to get the heart racing, but it is one we return to frequently in life. Starting with the basic and obvious: You need to eat and drink, get some sleep, and ensure that those close-by also get the basic things. We should not forget that consuming energy and having sufficient rest creates a dominant pattern for our lives. The next layer of activity is made up by long-term responsibilities and obligations, like spending time in paid employment or with family.
