The Idea
I didn’t realize it so clearly until writing this chapter, but I have always looked forward to spending time in my workshop. The space we call here the workshop has appeared in different physical manifestations: a small workplace office, fitted out with comfy chairs, eclectic artefacts, and a coffee machine; a local café, where I regularly return to play with new ideas and thought experiments; a converted bedroom office, which gets transformed into a recording and design studio.
