What’s the Big Idea?

Have you recently taken a look at your current job description? If you have been employed for any period of time the likelihood is that it will probably bear relatively little resemblance to the role you actually fulfil. Some of the tasks might be similar, but new ones will have appeared, and, more particularly, the behaviors expected of you will have been shaped by the lived experience of the organizational context. Perhaps you feel you have made the job your own or, alternatively, the expectations of others may mean the job is not what you expected.
