What’s the Big Idea?
Any debate between leaders about changing an organization often gets down to a debate about how to change the culture. At this point, people generally scratch their heads trying to understand what it is that is actually being discussed and then try to come to grips with the possibility that such an abstract concept as organizational culture may be amenable to any sort of change.
If thousands of books on the subject cannot end the head-scratching, then we are certain a short book chapter like this is unlikely to contain the silver bullet that brings absolute clarity.
