Getting in Condition for Change

Coaching can be a hugely effective and a relieving intervention in someone’s life. When it’s not, that’s often because the client is not in the condition to take the coaching on. It’s not new to say that our lives are full, our bodies are stressed, our relationships are frequently neglected, and we have endless amounts of input from sources everywhere in the world.
