The day-to-day program activity in LeaderLab along with the forums, quarterly meetings, and yearly retreats have generated a number of learnings and best practices about process advising. Work is currently underway that will formally document this information. For now, however, I offer a compilation of stories and informal shared knowledge from individual PAs.
