8.6. Chapter Summary

There are several sample coaching conversations in this chapter, and each one deals with a specific situation or issue. In some cases the PBC is approaching the coach to talk (PBC's why) and in other cases it's the coach approaching the PBC (coach's why). The coach is sometimes a peer, sometimes a manager. Each example uses the InDiCom coaching model and the CLEAR coaching skills and assumes a trust relationship between the PBC and the coach.
