Current Reality: How much do you trust your clients, the people who work with/for you, and your partners? How much do you think they trust you? What behaviors or actions let you know this? Think of a person you coach regularly. What is the level of trust that exists between you and the PBC?

You can assess the extent to which a trusting relationship exists by measuring the degree of influence that the PBC has during coaching conversations. This level can be determined by assessing the following statements, where Always=5 and Not at All=1:
