5.3. InDiCom Coaching Model Stage III: Commit

The overarching goal of coaching is to achieve commitment to sustained superior performance—while maintaining positive work relationships. The entire coaching process leads toward this goal, and it all comes together in Stage III as the PBC reaches a new level of commitment. Thus, the third and final stage of the InDiCom coaching model is all about moving the PBC to commitment.

The purpose of this stage is for the PBC to walk away with a clear plan of action. A plan that the PBC believes in, is energized by, and committed to.
