What Is Leadership?

If they are to help leaders become more effective, coaches need to understand how leaders guide their organizations. Coaches formulate their own models of leadership and their own inventories of good leadership practices. At some point in this process, coaches compare what they learn about their clients to their own internalized leadership models.
