Abstract
This chapter will discuss basic aspects of management processes. These processes concern not only simple tasks of supporting decision-making, but mainly improving decision-making based on the semantic interpretation of situations and events that are analyzed. Hence they relate to the problems and tasks of knowledge and information management. For the above processes to be executed correctly, they must be supplemented with aspects of understanding the meaning contained in the datasets undergoing the analysis process, and then the processes of managing that data.
