With Dee’s health rapidly returning to normal and Beattie back in the UK, Dave came home every night and shared the daily happenings on the Primo II project with his wife, best friend, and resident HR expert. He was amazed to see how quickly everyone on the project united together to create a collaborative culture. Sarah, Steve, Lisa, and everyone else got fired up—and their enthusiasm was contagious. The group’s positive energy about the superior product they were creating together even changed Wayne into a willing contributor. Primo II ended up a win-win: not only did Cobalt make a significant profit, but the client loved the product and a new contract for Primo III became a reality.
