Section III Extending Collaboration

Section II, “Applying Collaboration,” offered a cookbook of practices for the meetings that buoy software teams as they navigate the many decision points in a project. This collaboration guidance purposefully targeted leaders of co-located medium to large teams on a path through divergence to convergence based on creating a context for building sustainable decisions. Still, collaborative techniques need to benefit us in other project contexts as well: the very nascence of a team with a small group of visionaries, one-on-one team discussions, and larger, distributed teams.
