Details of Data Coding for the Wittgenstein Model
We coded the 500+ pages of interview transcripts and took into consideration the documentary (web-based and other company reports case studies etc.) to code the data. Coding transcript data is a sensemaking exercise used in developing concepts using grounded theory (Corbin & Strauss, 1990; Corbin, Strauss, & Strauss, 2008; Strauss & Corbin, 1998). Both researchers perused the data and independently assessed categories and sub-categories that suggested themes and subthemes that fit a logic that emerges from the data. We then compared notes and perceptions and reasoned our choices to agree on the final coding of themes and sub-themes presented below. The following model in Figure 1
