Synergy is defined as the combined or cooperative action of two or more agents, groups, or parts that together increase each other’s effectiveness. Just as the quote often attributed to George MacDonald states, we can accomplish much more when we have synergy, or help, than we are capable of doing alone. It is a truth that two heads are better than one. In fact, two heads can often synergize and do many times the work of one person, just as the horse analogy indicates.
