It has been said that you need to be a self-starter to be successful. In any classroom situation, being a self-starter will only enhance your success. If you don’t consider yourself a self-starter, don’t despair. You can learn how to take action and become self-motivated. Motivation is a willingness to perform a certain action (such as taking online classes or enrolling in college) for a real or perceived reward (such as a college degree, a better career, more money).
