Communication network operation for CPSs
Abstract
This chapter provides a comprehensive introduction to the networking issues for control in cyber physical systems (CPSs). The goal is to make the operation of the communication network take account of the physical dynamics in the CPS. Various networking issues such as scheduling and routing are discussed. In particular, the framework of hybrid systems is applied to design dynamics-aware scheduling schemes.
