10.4.2 Configuration of ADNR
For performance purposes, it is advantageous to run ADNR and LBA Advisor in the same
image. The DNS server can be in the same image, too. Perform these tasks to configure
ADNR:
򐂰 Create the ADNR configuration file
򐂰 Configure your TCPIP.DATA to point to the DNS server
򐂰 Configure the z/OS BIND9 DNS server file
򐂰 Create the LB Advisor configuration file
򐂰 Create the LB Agent configuration files for sysplex LPARs
򐂰 Define security server profiles for ADNR
