Sysplex distribution takes advantage of the existence of multiple, redundant resources to
provide high availability and load distribution. In our scenario all of the following are redundant
resources participating in the sysplex distribution process:
򐂰 System images
򐂰 Sysplex links
򐂰 TCP/IP stacks
򐂰 Stack interfaces
򐂰 Server applications (Telnet servers, in this case)
Sysplex distribution working with Workload Manager provides intelligent, policy-based load
balancing between the stacks and between the TN3270E servers.
