Abstract

In this chapter, we look at how printed circuit boards (PCBs) are manufactured for a better understanding of what we are trying to accomplish with OrCAD PCB Editor and why. Before digging into the details of PCB Editor, we take a moment to discuss computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools in general.
